We guarantee all of our products to be as described and free from defects.you have the right to cancel If you receive a product which you feel is not as described , dont want,have changed your mind , ,or faulty please return to mr v biddles 58 roman road birstall leicestershire le4 4ba within 7 working days of purchase a full refund will be given Exchanges / refunds after a 28 day period it will be at our discretion: to arrange an exchange or refund. e mail us at victorbiddles@victorbiddles.f9.co.uk for a returns number ,We are not responsible for damage caused by mis-use or general wear of items. Items retuned and deemed to have been misused/used and returned will, either be returned to the customer at customers cost or require additional payment.
Exchanged items customers may open packaging in order to examine and inspecte goods but please send back in the original condition it was sent (ie unused and/or unwashed).and with tags We are also happy to exchange goods that are unsuitable or the wrong size, although we will charge additional postage and packing at the standard rate. . please note postages are free within the sale but if just returning goods that are not faulty after the 7 working days we will not refund postages these will be deducted from the sale price
delivery of goods after full payment will be 2 to 14 days if you require next day delivery on any item this can be arranged for a cost of £5 uk mainland only
